We take the security of your payments and card data seriously. Below is how transactions are protected on the Profiforce website.
1. 3-D Secure
All card transactions are carried out exclusively using 3-D Secure (Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check, ArCa) — additional verification of the cardholder's identity by the issuing bank.
2. Card data protection
Your card details (number, expiry, CVV) are entered on the secure payment page of the acquiring bank, not on our site. Profiforce does not receive, transmit or store card data — we only see the payment result (approved or declined) and its amount.
3. Secure connection
The Site runs over HTTPS (TLS): data between your browser and the Site is transmitted encrypted. You can verify the validity of the security certificate via the padlock icon in your browser's address bar.
4. Payment systems and acquiring bank
We accept Visa, Mastercard and ArCa cards. Card transactions are settled by the acquiring bank Ardshinbank OJSC (13 Grigor Lusavorich St., Yerevan, Republic of Armenia; phone +374 12 222222; www.ardshinbank.am) through the Armenian Card processing centre. On your card statement the transaction appears as PROFIFORCE. Paying by card does not increase the price.
5. Currency conversion
If the currency of the Cardholder's card does not match the transaction currency, the conversion is carried out in accordance with the rules of the relevant payment system and the card-issuing Bank.
6. Payment confirmation
After a successful payment you receive an order confirmation at the email you provided, and the paid subscription appears in your account right away.
7. Refunds
The terms and procedure for refunds are described in the Refund Policy. A payment made by card is refunded only to the same card; refunds in cash or by any other means are not made.
8. Digital nature of the services
We provide subscription access to an online service and digital services — they are delivered electronically, through your account on the Site. No physical cross-border shipping is carried out, so transport companies' restrictions and liability do not apply to orders.
9. Electronic receipt
After every transaction we send an electronic receipt to the email you provided and show it on the order page. The receipt states the merchant and virtual terminal details, the date and time of the transaction, its amount and currency, the authorisation code and the transaction ID.
