What result it gives

Applications no longer get lost in chats: every candidate answered the same questions and arrives with a score and an explanation. You spend time only on those who fit — invite with one button, and the candidate picks the interview time. Everyone else gets a polite reply instead of silence, and you come across as an employer people enjoy dealing with.

How does it work?

You create your own bot — a couple of minutes with @BotFather — and the wizard in your account asks only for the company name, a contact for data questions and how long to keep applications. You build a job in the app: from a ready template (barista, waiter, sales assistant, courier and 6 more), from the text of your ad — AI suggests the questions and criteria — or by hand. The job gets a link for candidates; add the bot as an admin to your channel or group and post the job with one “To channel” button, with an “Apply” button in the post.

A candidate opens the bot, consents to data processing and answers the questions one at a time — with buttons, text or voice — and can attach a CV as a file or a photo. It takes a couple of minutes. AI turns voice messages and CV photos into text, checks the answers against your must-have and nice-to-have requirements — without the candidate’s name or contacts — and gives a score with an explanation: what is confirmed by a quote from the answers and what is missing. Good fits reach you as a card right away, the rest in an evening digest.

A person always decides: “Invite” — and the candidate picks a time from your slots, the bot reminds you both a day and an hour before; “Reject” — a polite message goes out the next day at 10:00 and can be cancelled until then. The app in the bot and in your account shows candidates by stage, upcoming interviews, the decision log and an Excel export. Invite colleagues — each sees their own jobs. Applications are kept on our servers outside Russia and deleted automatically after the chosen period, CV files are not stored, and a candidate can delete their data with /delete. AI scoring is already included in the subscription. The file for your own n8n is simpler: one job, each application comes to you as a card with a score — no app, interview slots, team or application storage.

The simplest way is with us: after payment the automation shows up in your account on its own, you walk through the setup wizard step by step — no code, no server of your own — and switch it on.
