What result it gives

You learn about an outage in advance, not when everything has already gone off: there’s time to charge your phone and laptop, store some water, move the laundry or your clients. No more checking three utilities’ Armenian-language websites every day — the bot does it every 5 minutes and only tells you about your addresses. Your loved ones get the same alerts for the addresses that matter to them.

How does it work?

You add an address: a town or village, the street with suggestions — in Russian, Armenian or Latin letters — and the house; or just tap “I am here”. Every 5 minutes we read the notices of Electric Networks of Armenia, Veolia Jur and Gazprom Armenia, find your house in them — even when the street name is spelled in a different form and the houses are listed as a range — and message you in Telegram: as soon as it’s announced, the evening before at 20:00, an hour before it starts and when it’s due to end. Emergencies — right away. At night we tell you about new planned outages in the morning, while emergencies and “an hour before” alerts arrive right away.

If the utility names only the street without house numbers or says “partially”, the alert comes marked “maybe”, with the reason: better an extra alert than finding out when the lights go out. The app — a button in the bot and your account on the website — shows what’s happening right now at each address, upcoming outages with a countdown, the history and hours without power for the month. The “Why no power or water?” button checks your address right now and gives you the utility’s phone number if the emergency hasn’t been announced yet.

Up to 5 addresses: home, work, your parents’ place, the cottage. Up to 3 loved ones via an invite link — no account on the website needed, and each of them gets only the addresses you choose.

How to run it. The simplest way is with us: after payment the automation shows up in your account and in the Profiforce bot, you add your first address — and it’s already working, with no bot, code or server of your own.
