Frequently asked questions
On any plan you can add and set up any automation in the catalog. Your plan only limits how many are switched on at once: Start — one, Business — up to three, Max — all of them. Turn them on or off with one tap in your account. “Power, water and gas outages” doesn’t take a slot at all.
You get 7 days of the Business plan when you sign up — free, no card, once per person. Then choose a plan and pay: everything you set up keeps working. If more automations are on than the new plan allows, you choose which ones stay; if you don’t, the most recently turned on stay. If you don’t pay, automations are paused, just like when a subscription ends.
Yes, at any time. The days you have left are converted into days of the new plan, so no money is lost: moving up gives you fewer days, moving down gives you more.
Automations are paused, and settings and data are kept for 90 days. We email you 30 and 7 days before deletion. Renew, and everything works as before.
Choose a plan and term and pay by card or with Telegram Stars. There’s no auto-renewal: you renew yourself when you need to, and reminders arrive before the term ends. A new term is added to the days you have left.
The monthly AI budget is shown on each plan card, and the balance is on the automation dashboard. Need more? Connect your own OpenRouter key in the wizard: AI runs without limits on any plan, and the AI bill goes straight to you with no markup from us.
Yes. Every automation in the catalog, new ones included, is part of the subscription. A new automation doesn’t take a slot for its first 30 days (beta). Found a bug? Tap “Report a problem” — for every confirmed bug we add days to your subscription.
Your first payment is refunded in full if you ask within 3 days. After that — for full months of a longer term that haven’t started, at the one-month plan price; a month that has started is not refunded. Refund policy →
