Plans: what’s included and what “running at the same time” means

In short

Every automation in the catalog is included on every plan. You can add and set up as many as you like — the plan only limits how many run at the same time and your monthly AI budget.

• •Business — up to 3 at the same time, $5 of AI per month.
• •Max — every automation in the catalog at the same time, $12 of AI per month.

What “running at the same time” means

An automation is running when it’s switched on: the bot replies, reports arrive, the workflow runs. A switched-off automation is paused, but its settings and data are kept — you can switch it back on with one tap, without setting it up again.

Example: on Start you have set up the AI receptionist and the finance tracker. One of them runs — say, the receptionist. Want to track finances instead? Switch the receptionist off and the finance tracker on. Need both at once? Business is the right plan.

How to switch automations on and off

In your account, on the “Automations” tab, every automation has a toggle. The same tab shows how many are running out of what your plan allows. If all slots are taken, the site offers to switch one off or choose a bigger plan.

What doesn’t take up a slot

• •New releases in beta. An automation released less than 30 days ago is marked “Beta” and doesn’t take up a slot. Found a bug in it? Tell us — we add subscription days for confirmed bugs (details).
• •Some automations never take up a slot — for example, “Power, water and gas outages”. In your account they are marked “doesn’t take up a slot in your plan”.

AI on your plan

Every plan includes a monthly AI budget — no API key of your own needed. If you need more AI, connect your own OpenRouter key on any plan and there is no limit (about AI and your own key).

Free trial

After sign-up you get 7 days of the Business plan for free, no card required. The AI budget during the trial is smaller than on a paid plan. The trial is given once.

Which plan to choose

• •You need one automation, such as a booking bot for clients — Start.
• •Several processes at once: a customer bot, finances, team tasks — Business.
• •You want to use the whole catalog — Max.
